SCHOOL PROGRAMS ARE FORMING

WeCan! is a national education program providing parents and caregivers of children 8 to 13 (and siblings) with tools and strategies for keeping a healthy weight.
 

WeCan! stands for Ways to Enhance Children's Physical Activity and Nutrition.  The focus is on improved nutrition, increased physical activity, and reducing screen time.A key component is involving parents/caregivers and children together.

This is an opportunity for everyone in Howard County to Get Active!
It doesn't matter how fit--everyone can participate.

Where:
March to November -  Centennial Park - Take rt.108 to Woodland Rd in Ellicott City, MD Follow Get Active signs

December to March -  NEW INDOOR LOCATION -  Church at Covenant Park, Ellicott City off Centennial Lane Across from Centennial Park

All Howard County Schools are encouraged to invite students, parents and faculty to participate!
