The Always FREE "Boot Camp in the Park" is back for 15th season
Join us on 4/12/2025 for our kick-off event for the season
Arrive early between 8:45am and 8:55am for FREE registration (required each year)
EVENT TIME: 8AM TO 9AM (SATURDAY MORNINGS)
We are back for our 15th year and hope that you will join us for the kick-off on Saturday, April 12th from 9am to 10am. FREE SHIRT for the 1st 25 to RSVP and participate at the Kick-off!
Perfect activity for all ages and fitness levels. Bring family, neighbors, friends, coworkers...and get moving! Anyone can do it....All ages and fitness levels!
What to bring: water bottle, exercise mat, your positive attitude and everyone you care about (family, friends, neighbors, co-workers)

FROM Rt. 29 - Take route 108 west exit; 0.7 miles/ take right at first intersection onto Columbia Rd.; Drive .3 miles and take right turn onto Dorsey Hall Drive; You will pass Dorsey Hall Village Center on Right; Go 0.5 miles and Turn LEFT into the Dorsey Hall Professional Park; Drive to end and take RIGHT turn; Follow We Promote Health signs to far end of the parking lot where you will find us!

JOIN US FOR THE LAST HIKE OF THE SEASON ON SAT. APRIL 5TH
"HIKE-PICNIC-CELEBRATE!"
We’re ending with a special celebration! Please read the details carefully.
This is a new hike, featuring (optional) fitness stations along the route, located in Sykesville, very close to Brenda's house. After the hike, we'll enjoy a picnic in the woods overlooking a beautiful stream.
Put in this address: 7695 Swallow Rd, Eldersburg, MD 21784.
Park on the street and follow the access road down the hill. Hike Details:
- Trail Type: Paved path (similar to Dorsey Hall) up and back
- Elevation: Uphill to start, downhill on the way back
- Starting Point: Accessible via a downhill access road
- Meeting Spot: At the bottom of the hill, turn right on the path until you reach the picnic table (we can leave our picnic items there)
If you’re late or prefer a shorter route, feel free to join us at any point along the path. Everyone is welcome—including those who haven’t hiked with us before!
Picnic & Sign-Up:
Please bring something to share for our post-hike picnic. Sign up so we can coordinate food and supplies. Bring your own beverage.

The Always FREE "Boot Camp in the Park" on Saturday mornings from 9am - 10am (
Boot Camp in the Park will take place as long as it is not raining and the air quality is moderate. You can visit www.airnow.gov if you want to make your own personal decision.

Over 2,000 individuals have participated in the FREE "Boot Camp in the Park". This is the perfect physical activity for all ages and fitness levels. In many cases, individuals just need a little motivation and encouragement to get started. You can join us every Saturday morning through mid-November. Come on out and join in the fun!
